Nonda, This is pretty good for SOC.The image has a few tweaks but enough interest!
Good action capture Nonda. You have details on the blacks, but am wondering about the whites? Nice and sharp and I like the catchlights in the eyes.
Whites are a bit hot Jackie
nice action! that must be don in the front!:)
There are more and more Geese returning north every day lol. Noisy and messy bunch they are hehe.Good capture Nonda :)
Always like that bit of red inside the mouth on a Canada Goose image. I like the action and the setting. Overall colors are lovely and warm.
This SOC assignment may be showing us something about the difference between a Mk3 and kin and a 40D and its kin.
Thanks for posting this.
Cheers

Good capture Nonda. Great eye contact. Love the water.
Very well done Nonda,
just a little bit of selective sharpening and some minor cropping...good show...
Very nice straight OOC. A few minor adjustments and you are in business! :)
Might have waited for a slight different relationship with the bg? Do like the placement for the birds out of the middle frame !!! Excellent and not much work will be needed !!!
Nonda - Yes I think I am seeing a difference in the image detail between the larger and/or full-sized sensor cameras and the others. As soon as I open your image, it pops right out with more vividness and more detail. It is a quality that I have noticed about your images and remarked upon before. Obviously the lens makes a big difference too.
Cheers
