Sweet little butter-butt as we like to call them. Really love the BG on this, don't think you need to be this tight on this little guy.

Lou, I cropped instead of cloned, lots of branches-
    Here's the re-do I hope it's better.

I like the wider crop, alert pose, details and BG and might raise the color temperature a few degrees.

Sweet little bird, Denise, so nicely complimented by that bg. I think that perch is a bit thick and clunky for this species. I'd definitely remove the cut in the lrc and try to get him to perch on a more delicate branch next time. The pose, eye contact and cute feet are nice.

Lovelu pose, light, detail, BG, colors and comp although I would crop a bit from the right. Big congratulations on a very nice shot Denise!

Gorgeous BG and a nice bird too. I prefer the wider crop but I would remove the broken branch in the RLC. I would have liked more of a profile view of the head.

Lovely pose, with amazing colours in the BG. You could maybe try a portrait crop in this too.

Great job Denise! I like the original post. The BG is very smooth and nice. The sharpeness is - sharp! I wish for a better head turn, but this is what it is!

Hi Denise, I sort of prefer the original too, but that is quite subjective I think, love the bg, sharpness and lighting, quite eye catching indeed, big congrats on catching a smaller bird.

I like the smaller bird in frame Denise. Well done. Great, smooth background on this. Probably not much you could have done about the perch here. :)
