I like the dust bunny Jackie, nice touch;)

I'm not quite sure what this assignment is about yet??? Think this image is quite fixable, loads of detail in the feathers. Wonder what white on white would look like?>

Nonda, just post one of your images and do nothing too it.(Straight out of Camera/SOC) Convert in ACR and post! Hard to do!!!
Like your idea of white on white.

I think if there is anything in camera, or with our camera techniques that we could have done so we wouldn't have to do much PP.

Jackie got it !! Just normal comments that have nothing processing !! Find it interesting to see the stock image.

.... btw would have placed the DB a little lower to match the eye ... and given more room from the side :)

I like it Lady Jackie...just needs a little bit of TLC (open the mid-tones, lighten the area around the eye, and selective sharpen) good show...I like the slanted close up pose...:)

Hi Jackie - agree with Gus - not a lot of work required and lovely details throughout - good job :)

    Hi Jackie!

I hope these comments are appropriate for this assignment. I think the image is well seen, I like the diagonal coming out from the corner and leading to the main subject interest. It is nice and sharp, with no other distractions from the background. I like how the eye/head is positioned at about 1/3. When I think of a portrait, I would also try turning the camera into portrait position and give that a try.

Thanks for all the comments. Hard to get a good image SOC, will try a vertical and try to get the beak more vertically in line next time. This was a great assignment. Makes you think before you press the shutter button.
Cropped, cleaned up the bill. Sharpened, and lightened the eye:) Image was a little under exposed too, so I moved the slider over in ACR.
