    This image was taken yesterday afternoon...This is my very first attempt on BIF with my 600mm.


    Nikon D2Hs, 600mm/4 VR, 1/2000", f/4, @-2/3EV, 200 ISO, Tripod. About 80% of original.

    NIce on mon ami. Wing position I don't think is ideal, but almost good. I would see whether I could fix the OOF green leaf intersecting the right leg. Is it at Lake Gilwarna?

    It is darn sharp man! :) Well done!

    I like the details and you handled the harsh light well. I would blur the BG more and could also see it as vertical crop.

    Hi Thonnaksar!

    I like the details and agree with Axel. If it were mine, I would also try working on the light-colored background spot near the bird's right wing. Have fun with your new toy!

    Not quite a full wing spread, but enough to show great detail. You have exposed the whites very well, and apart from the darker area around the left foot, the BG looks fine to me. This is certainly pin sharp. Well captured.
