    Anita, I love it!! The high-key look is great! The vignette is just the right amount-If it were mine I would color the eye in but I wouldn't change anything else! Well done!!

    Anita, my only thought for improvement would be to get the pelican a little off center - maybe trim a bit off the left and add a bit on the right. Nice technique and beautiful subtlety in this image.

    Easy to do on the right image Michael. Open image and duplicate it. Then turn this copy off. Click on original BG and desaturate. Go to filter-stylize-finding edges. Adjust levels if needed.
    Click on copy layer,change blend to color and there you are. then start playing...

    lovely image, anita! i think if you were to move the bird off center it would mess up the nice vignette spot light on the bird. i like it as is.
