First what's first, big SPECIAL thanks to Artie who recieved at his home for a few days when I was in FL visiting my sister last year, without him I wouldn't have been able to create this image :) and a bucnh of others.
This Sandhill Crane if I don't recall bad, walk near us calling other Cranes preety much without niticing us, taken with the first morning light and with Artie's 40D and 500mm, from his vehicle.
I had a blast over there and I will be forever thankfull for having the chance to meet him. I still owe him a Chiken :D

Hi Ramón, This is an exceptional image mate. Love the BG and screaming crane. Your comp is super. I think you just about outdid the Maestro here. ;) I was lucky to have used a 500mm myself for a couple of hours last year and it makes ALL the difference. I just cannot wait to get mine.
