    This guy was near his nest in construction and I was in a blind made out of hay bales and a tarp.:o

    I like the pose, and the perch. Sharpness looks fine too. The two major issues here are the thick OOF tree in the BG, and the clipped tail at bottom (pulling back on the zoom would have fixed that second issue quickly). I'm also thinking the colours on the bluebird are "deeper" than usual?

    Too bad about the black limb in BG. Otherwise a great photo. IMO the blues are pretty accurate for a breeding male in that light.

    I did give it some saturation but like MR. Sims said that is pretty much how he looked.
