    One of my latest productions on this beautiful specie.
    This is my very first image post-processed in Photoshop CS3...Thanks Akos !!!:cool:


    Nikon D2Hs, 600mm/4 VR, 1/60", f/6.3, 400 ISO, Fill flash+BB @-3EV, Beanbag. Full frame.

    Wow mon ami! Tres bien!

    I like it, your PP is already visible to me personally and your first "official" PPd image is a killer. I wish you had left a touch more space behind the grebe. But that's me. I think overall the image is superb!

    What an awesome image. You did a great job handling the flash. You nailed the exposure and colors here. I agree with Akos about a bit more room behind it. I would also clone out the white spots in the water to make this an better image. A fine job you did here.

    Love the light and the COMP and the sharpness of the eye. Plus, a lovely bird. I would love to see this with the feathers selectively sharpened.

    At this low angle, it seems you were in the water when you captured this image. Stunning light, showing lovely detail. Congrats on a great image.

    That's what I was trying to do in CS3 without any success...

    You can use a selection method, either lassoo tool, quick mask or magnetic lassoo. Call me when you get a chance and I'll talk you through it! Just create a separate layer for the selection, so if you make a mistake you can erase that layer. :)
