    Default Damselfly

Here is another damselfly shot that I took last year. This one I was able to get almost entirely in focus. Yippee:D!
    Any C&C are welcome!

    Olympus SP-550 UZ
    f4.5 @ 1/640, ISO 100, -1 EV
Aperture priority mode, pattern metering, auto WB, natural light
Processed in PS CS2; cropped, curves adjustment, saturation increase, noise reduction on BG, and cloned out a second grass stem

Hey Chris, very nice details and comp, would like to see the BG a little softer and less details.

    Hi Christopher,
I like the diagonal capture on this beauty...agree with Mike on diffusing more the background...

I can't believe you got that much BG in focus at f/4.5...that's amazing. Yes, less BG would be nice - all those vertical lines are competing with the diagonal line of the DF.

You sure nailed the DF, though!!!

Thanks for your advice. I agree about the BG, I've posted a repost here that hopefully is an improvement.
