    Well i know im a bit late with this one but its not my fault lol, the Cactus was not in bloom :)

    Nikon D80 with Sigma EX 105/2.8 Macro.

    F/11.0
    Iso 100
    105 mm
    WB auto
    (No Tubes )

    .... that looks like a spring cactus if I ever saw one :)

    Love the deep reds intense but not overcooked !!! Was thinking on going a little tighter but will wait for our resident expert to comment !!! Love it !!

    Hi Glenn,
    I like the composition, image and capture...For my taste and for presentation purposes, I would crop 1/4 all the way around on all four sides of your frame to make it a tighter more personal view of this lovely lady...the color rendition is dead on...the red channel is almost pushing the envelope of saturation, but it's fine the way it is because the details are present...I like the texture and the play between the lights and the shadows...your depth of field and focus point is very good...one suggestion that will bring this to a +10, is to tone down the hot spots in the center fingers of your subject...congratulation...well done...:):cool:

    I like it as presented Glenn. As Al noted, the reds are deep and rich, but not overly done. You also have lots of details in the center of the image.
