    Default Streamer-tailed Tyrant

Hello: I am Alejandro from Argentina and I just joined this site wanting to learn. I have seen amazings works here and I will like to participate and try to learn how to take good pictures.
This Streamer-tailed Tyrant ( Gubernetes yetapa ) is a picture I took a while ago that I just edited again after learning some tips on Photoshop. I would very much apreciate any coment or advise that can help me improve it.

Welcome Alejandro, you will learn a lot here! Your exposure looks good. Might lighten up the eye if you can. And some things I have learned here. Allow for more room for the direction the bird is flying or swimming to. In this case left. Looks sharp and you have a beautiful wing span. Also the bird didn't get by you either which is great. Love that tail. Looking forward to seeing more of your pics.

    Welcome Alejandro,

This is an excellent place to learn... Trust me, you'll like it.
Your bird is excellent, I like the flight pose. It would be even better
with a head angle more towards the camera. I agree with Jackie on
the crop suggestions. The re-post is a suggestion along those lines.
    What do you think?

    Regards, Ilija

    Hola Alejandro!

Welcome. What a neat image that one! Wow! Super wing spread! The head is almost at the ideal angle, though still, slightly looking away doesn't take away that much, because the rest of the image is so well captured. Overall, a great effort there! :)

Welcome Alejandro. You have great wing position and details. Ideally you would want more room in front of the bird.
Big Congrats on your first post. Keep them coming.
