    Default White-tailed Kite in sweet, sweet light!

    White-tailed Kite shot this morning. PP'ed in ACR and CS3, Cropped about 50%, selective sharpened with Nik Sharpener Pro. (the post doesn't seem to have the sharpness it should:confused:?).

    Hi Dan! Nice light, eye contact, and wing position. I would definitely apply more sharpening to the image. I would also move the bird slightly to the right of the frame. And I might crop a bit off the top. Got your bags packed for Costa Rica yet?

    Heck, I will take it as is. It held up well to a large crop. The light is sweet as is the pose.

    Very nice image.

    IMO there are a lot of images posted on the internet with to much sharpening for web viewing, this one is not one of those. Personally I like it as is and would caution against much more sharpening.
