The gorget looks good, and the sharpness is excellent. The image would benefit from a bit more fill flash IMO; it's a little dark as presented. I might crop some off the right and the top of the frame.

    Arsdel:

My very first impression, before looking at Doug's comments, was that the image is too dark. I think more fill would have helped, esp. with the colors. I do think you might revisit your raw file, and try a bit more exposure compensation to bring it up a bit.

    Beautiful bird.

Here is a very quick touch up. Bit brighter and recropped a bit, something like Doug suggested.

The red channel is right on the ragged edge, so didn't want to go any brighter. I could have desatted that channel and pushed the overall brightness higher, but thought this was a useful improvement, IMHO.

Great capture that need a little TLC. I like Randys repost in color but it's too shot in the vertical side for my taste.

I'd probably just take some off the left to take the bird off center but leave most of the lenght.

    Keep them coming.

Good image! Lovely details, albeit it is a little dark on my monitor. A little more post processing will enhance this super critter! :)
