Great moment captured, I like the walking pose, details and surf in the BG. I might crop a bit off the top to remove the dark area in the upper right. Some of the whites are hot.

I agree with Axel about a slight crop above to rid the dark streak skimming along the top edge. Otherwise this is great! I love the wave engulfing the bird, very cool. I also love one foot in the surf, and the other up and above the water.
