Did a zoom blur and then a polar co-ordinate on it. Hope you like it!
Jackie, Really nice base image! I love purple and the colors in your DC image are fantastic-the zoom and polar co-ordinates work well together to give you a very pleasing swirl image! Well done!!You could take this a step further and eliminate the central line (clone tool low opacity along w/ smudge tool work well for that)but that's just a thought. I love it! And your creativity is really showing thru lately!!!
