The Other Groucho
The other cormorant from Anhinga Trail. This beauty was a little further back from the waters edge which allowed the canal bank as a BG. A better head angle as well. Again, the constant breeze caused a slight motion blur in those eyebrows.

I like this one, too. Good composition, BG and eye contact. It looks as if the critical focus is not on the eye or maybe it is the motion blur you mentioned.
Lovely BG and pose and love that eye. I don't mind the motion blur in the feathers on the head as they are very fine feathers.
