    Was very forunate to have managed a snap shot of this rare resident.
    Definitely have to go back for a reshoot !

    Two things would make this a better image: Better head angle (that is the #1 concern here), and remaval of the bright circle in LLC. Otherwise exposure and sharpness, and colours look good. With that shutter speed and focal lenght I assume you had a tripod, but I would still raise the ISO higher to give you better SS and thus lower your percentage of "trashed" images due to various types of blur (camera shake, subject motion blur).

    Great find, good exposure control and the composition looks good, too. Daniel already addressed the main concerns.
