Intense eye contact, Yves. I like the limited colour palette highlighting the yellow eyes - you could maybe push the saturation a little to make the most of this. There are some hot areas o the shoulder and breast and some odd textures/cloning artifacts in the upper left (maybe selecting and blurring this would be an option). Whole image looks a little soft as though maybe a significant crop.

Great find and one not on a phone pole. I would raise the color temperature, some of the whites look hot and sharpen the bird more.
