Very nice, even if you had filtered light. The BG is pretty nice and warms up the image. I'd be tempted to lighten the eyes, since they fell on the shadowed part of the image.

Agree that lightening the eyes will be a big plus. If you want to even out the back, clone out the darker portion in the upper right. However I am AOK with the well blurred BG. Nice work even with the strong light which was handled well.

Stuart, a fine portrait of this most elegant antelope. I agree about the eyes as mentioned above. Sharp, nice detail. I'm always amazed by the fine long neck of the impala. I might be tempted to clone out the bits of grasses on the lower margin, but not a big deal. Nice.
