The Blue-footed Boobys get a lot of attention with their funny dances, but I liked the Red-footed Boobys. They are very seroius looking. Taken 1-28-09, Genoveso Island, Galapagos.

Sorry, I intended to post on Eager To Learn. I can't figure out how to delete, or move so you will have to help me on this one. Again, I apologize for the trouble.

Hi Dick the bird just flew here :)

Love the crop, head angle and bg Got a real good image here, about the only thing I would want is softer light but not much you could do about !!! Overall impact is probably the best attribute !! Big Congrats on this one !!!

Dick - very nice capture and image. The bg is dramatic and the detail and colors on the bird are great. You might want to soften up the halo under the bill. Nice one!

Hi Dick - agree with AL - a very very nice image - congrats.

I would try and lighten the eye just a tad and remove the halo kerry mentioned.

    Keep em coming :)

A slightly better head angle and the entire bill would have been razor sharp. Still a fabulous image! :)
