Captured this image a couple of weeks ago in Torrey Pines SP CA. While there on a short holiday had the oppertunity to visit a few wetlands and such. Taken on the open beach, walking amongst the birds.

out of box composition and Its always a challenge. IMHO included shadows did not defined subject to a level i can enjoy. May be photographing from a little left to include defined shadow?

Thanks to all of you for commenting. I really like the picture but I do realize it is not for everyone, that's why I posted it, to get some different opinions.
