In the Cody vicinity, closer to Wapiti. I though the framing was interesting. I didn't want t mess with the color of the weeds, this is what I saw, snow covered and chilly.

Fabs the snow is what makes this really lovely, especially on the subject!! Your eye goes to the subject with the surrounds so complimentary.

Fabs, She does appear to be all ears! I love it. There is a very calming feel to this. The snow wraps around your subject like a blanket. Well done.

LIke how it sits in the field, so inconspicuous, yet the eyes just give it away. And love the left eye (its left) as it peers at me between the grasses. So alert! Well done Fabs. :)

The colors and composition on this make for a beautiful image. Excellent placement. With it's head down, this doe could vanish into it's environment perfectly were it not for those ears. The overall feel is cool-even the warmer toned swept back grasses look cool here. Very nice!

This looks good to me Fabs, nice work. You certainly made a lot or wonderful images there. I will certainly put this on my list of future trips. You will have to let me know where you went.

    Hi Fabs,
I like the placement in the frame, the look of the grasses (how they're all sort of pointing up towards the subject), and the slightly visible open mouth. The snow seems to have a bit of a cyan cast (intentional to help capture the feeling of cold?)

No, just the way it came out, I didn't want to touch the color temperature because that's how it felt.

    Thanks, all :)

I really like the eye contact in this Fabs, and amazing to see the little guy covered in snow. Very well captured.
