    I took this earlier today at Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge...

    40D, Sigma 50-500mm @500mm
    1/1600 sec, f/6.3, Manual mode, ISO 400

    Lovely colours. The eye looks nice. A bit of space at the left would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

    I agree with Tony here. All very nice, just a bit tight on the bird. It needs a bunch more room to move in.

    Good improvement - pano crop may even be an option worth exploring too.
