    this was an HDR from a few months ago. i put a glowing edges and an underwater filter on it.

    Harold, I remember this. The wind blown palm trees and tilted building-So cool! I like the neon lights -looks like the party just got started at the Hotel Victor! Nicely done! I almost forgot-clone in some neon over the one tree that looks like a brown spot-Now that you have mastered that tool;)

    Harold, this is OTT! Glowing edges is one of my favorite filters. :D Really good application of it!

    I like the effect, but the twist to the side makes the picture ;)
