Hi - big warm welcome to the BPNfamily - nice first post :) You have good details in your blacks, I like the pose.

I might try and lighten the eye and sharpen it a bit just to make it a bit more pop.

Looking forward to seeing more :)

    Hi Mirenchu,
I'm very happy to see your first post here at BPN...I want to welcome you to our BPN family...WELCOME TO THE FAMILY...:) It was a pleasure seeing you yesterday at Anhinga Trail. I had a great time...:D I like your composition, image and capture...The color rendition on the Anhinga is very good. I like the angle of capture, and the pose...my suggestion would be to selectively open up or lighten the area around the eye, and give it just a slight touch of selective sharpening...:) You did very well...I'm proud of you...looking forward to your next one...

Hi Mirenchu Big Warm Welcome !!!! Great first post !!!

Agree with comments and can add that I was going to suggest a tighter crop from the left/bottom but those feather look too good to miss !! Do like it a lot as presented particularly the mood !!!

Welcome, Mirenchu! Great first post; I like the darker look/mood and agree that a bit of work on the eye will take this to another level.

Welcome Mirenchu! Love the framing and details on this. Just to let you know, you can post larger images, makes it easier to critique them. Looking forward to your next one!

    Hi and welcome!

Fantstically composed, plenty of detail. Just post it at a bigger size? Well done! :)
