    “Mr. Clean”

    Taken this afternoon; Mr. Clean, a native of Anhinga Trail in Florida’s Everglades National Park. Mr. Clean always hangs around the entrance by the wooden railing along the canal waiting for food. He was painted with a Nikon D200, using a Nikkor AF-S 300mm f/4D - IF-ED , with a Nikkor 1.7 T/C.

    focal length @ 765mm / exposure mode @ shutter priority / in camera matrix metering / ISO @ 320 / 1/1000sec. - f/6.3 / white balance @ auto / AF - mode @ dynamic range, auto - continuous / color space @ sRGB /lighting solution - no speedlight, ambient light / exposure comp @ +0.3EV / tone comp @ +1 degree / hue adjustment @ +2 degrees / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / support platform - no tripod, hand held /

    As you might know, I do not comment on other work. Not feeling qualified to do so. In this case, I will.
    I love the picture. One of the things I try to capture is, in my humble opinion, birds have fates and destinies like humans. This image shows that to me. The picture goes beyond the outer layer and you demonstrate the cognitive aspect of this wonderful creature.

    For some reason I just love these birds. You've got it all right here. Love the light, the eye.
    Agree with Jeff, very nice feel...
