    Here's a WTK from this evening. I have found a pair nest-building near a quiet road so I can shoot from the car window pretty close! The BG is a thunder cloud. Cropped about 30%.

    HI Dan - love the pose, you have a good HA and the exposure looks spot on to me, love the underwing details and the talon. Big Congrats :)

    Would maybe lighten the eye a little and add a touch of sharpening depending on how it looked after you lighten it.

    Hi Dan,
    A very good capture, I like the details and color rendition...the eye needs just a tad of lightening and sharpening...good show...:cool:

    Good looking bird Dan !!! Late in the day those guys can be tough to photograph Sure wish you could get one in magical light !!! Sweet pose and love that fanned tail !!! Big Congrats !!

    I actually like this one the most compared to the other two you posted on Avian.
    The soft feel is just fantastic, the pose could not be better. Congrats!

    Hey Dan, I too, like this one the best of your WTK images, I love the pose and agree that enhancing the eye will put it over the top.
