    The Brant geese stop over in Parksville Brtish Columbia, Canada for March & April, feeding on sea grasses they fly their last leg of their journey to Russia

    I like the pose and eye contact and would tone down the highlights on the back and remove the specular highlights near the bill and on the neck. The BG looks a bit noisy, could you post the techs? Keep them coming!

    Ditto Axel, and I would add that there is a cooked patch of white feathers at the tail. Perhaps by revisiting your RAW file you could bring some of those highlights down if they are not too overly burnt. I really like the alert pose on this little guy, and I also like the wavy patterns in the water!

    Hi Robert, I agree with above advice and would just like to add that it would be helpful to all, as this is a learning site if you would post the camera techs. so we can all learn how you captured this beauty. The water in front of the Brant is awesome!
