    Default Brown Hare

    Hi

I have just started this year's brown hare photography. These animals can really move at full spped and recently read they can hit 45mph. Great fun to photograph though.

    Taken with 1Dmk3 and 300 F4 lens at F4.5 -0.33Ev ISO 400 and 1/4000s

    Cheers

    Rich,
I like the sharpness, pose, composition and action. The eye contact is nice. Look forward to many more. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,

Way to to Rich !!! Do like these guys !!! Only other suggestions I can make it to take a little of the bottom, the longer ration will increase the sense of movement !!! Big Congrats !!!

    Rich,

I like the on the run capture. Lot's of concentration on the face. Perhaps just me today but the rabbit looks a bit soft. Looking at the grass, it looks like focus is just in front of the hare.

Many thanks for the comments. I can see what you mean Alfred about the longer ratio improving the sense of movement.

Love the action here.. Nicely composed and sharp with good light. Thought that camera can't focus???
