    Hey Mr H - Sigmonster was too big and heavy to shoot handheld. These guys are very common were I live - but hard to get s good shot of.

    Denise - it would be nice if I got to eat them as well - I like them ripe. These guys dont seem to mind if they are ripe or not LOL :)

    Beautiful Lance---He is so gorgeous, sharp and clear. He could eat anything he wanted if he were in my backyard!!

    LOL! Once you visit Australia, you will find out how annoyingly raucus they are in life, and as Lance said, extremely hard to get a great image of one. Despite how common they are. In my wildlife rehab volunteer group some of us refer to these as "scumbags" (excuse the strong desciptive) :o mostly for their biting prowess and the fact that they WILL bite even if they seem friendly sitting on your hand as you feed them some seeds. But we still LOVE them!
