    Don't do many landscapes either but sure are fun. This one was form Lake Martin La while working an IPT Not much light at the time the image was made !!!

    I like how the land and then the algae(?) on the water work together to form a sort of z to guide the eye through the photo.

    Hi Alfred,
    You should pull out those landscape lenses more often while waiting for the light to shoot birds! I like how you seperated the cypress trees and as mentioned above.....the algae?? does make a very nice leading line drawing towards the trees. I may try to tweak the sky a bit more.....to further bring out the cloud details and color....(i actually did....and when I opened it in PS......there was a big difference......so it's the jpeg compression)......but very nicely composed and executed. That 8 sec. exposure sure brought out those colors!

    Gorgeous colours AL - and some gems of info from Roman --- ""Thta 8 Sec exposure really brought out the colours"

    Looks like a prehistoric scence - some dinosaurs wouldnt go astray :)

    Hmm.....don't do landscapes too often. Not bad Al.:) Gorgeous colours. Love the purples and the reflections of the clouds in the water.
