    Photographed at a local migration spot a few days ago. Cropped from horizontal and I added a bit canvas at the bottom.

    Axel:

    I find the crop very effective. This wing position always makes me smile. Face through feet is sharp.
    The lighting is farily soft, but I wish the left side of the face and the entire chest were a bit brighter. Background is nice.

    Ah, the conductor pose done very nicely. I would crop a bit more from each side. Though it is not even close to full sun there are some shadows on the bird. Yes to the complementary BKGR.
