Since I wont be able to head up for the Snowy Owls that have been posted a lot frequently, I spent the last two days searching good Snowy spots closer to home. I did see some birds, but none of them wanted anything to do with me! So instead I decided to post a shot of this really black Rough-legged Hawk that gave me several chances yesterday (to go against the snowy theme!)
