    Lovely setting and timing! Great angle and light...Perhaps a different splash would allowed you to see more of the legs...but I know it won't stay there forever until you get the right splash :-) What's up with the eye? The reflection in the eye seems unnaturally bright.

    I'm with Jasper on the eye, but I don't mind the splash at all even if it is blocking the legs. Very dynamic image. Neat perch, complete with a matching snail! The only thing I'm not crazy about is the larger OOF rock at left edge. Overall very nice :-)

    Great wader shot in natural habitat with the water adding to the dynamism of the already well planned and executed image. :)
