The perch looks a bit worried. :) Details and exposure control look good but the angle is somewhat steep. I would cut the black line at the bottom.

I love your perch here. Your exposure is good as there is good detail and texture in both the whites and the blacks. The bird is well posed and eye contact is good. I am okay with the head angle but would have preferred the bird to look a little more towards you. I agree with Axel on the steep subject-to-camera angle but I find it only moderately distracting. Getting higher physically would have helped. Overall, good job. You have made a humorous portrait of an ugly bird. (my apologies to all turkey vulture lovers)

Excellent comments above, though I find the steep angle to the bird not what I would like to see. Aside from getting higher you could have moved back and used a teleconverter (or simply a longer lens) to reduce the angle of inclination. The bird and the sky (and possibly the perch) are all too dark. Simply dragging the curve up or doing a Levels adjustment would improve this. Relatively sharp and very creative.

I could not resist. Lightened the image as above, cropped a bit, and did some Eye Doctor work.

While viewing the repost I noted that the image had a greenish cast, especially to the blacks and that the blacks needed to be darker. This the repost of the repost with some Selective Color work (added Magneta to the Blacks) and some HUE-SAT work (reduced the Green SAT). I also took some Cyan from the Reds in Selective Color to make the face redder.
