I like the light and eye contact and wish for a better wing position of the far wing and a slightly lighter BG.
Cool head position. I agree about the wing and BG.
Overall I like the contrast between bird and background. Wonderful. THe other guys made a good point about the far wing, which I would not even have noticed. :)
Ditto the wing. I would also have liked him a bit higher in the frame. Well exposed with great light well done
