From a quick trip this weekend to Barnegat Light where a nice little group of these beauties live. The weather disappointed with heavy cloud cover so now I must go back.

Nice color and detail Grace. Just a bit hot in the whites. Tough bird to expose for. To bad about the light , but seems like you still did well. Let me know when you are going back. And the low angle is outstanding!!!

I like the low angle and light also. Head turn is terrific! You can try and multiply the whites, but I think the soft light washes away detail.

I like the angle, pose and BG. The Mark IIn might have worked better in this light, but then, it's a great excuse to go back there. :)

Love the angle. Great capture of a round and happy little creature.

Grace, The details and the low angle are fantastic. I love the head turning back also! Well done-
