    Very nice bird, perch & background. I'd suggest removing the bit of steel-eye. Also the focus seems to be on the side of the bird rather than the eye & a bit of sharpness is lost on the top of the head. Selective sharpening might help here. These aren't major issues though and overall it's a very nice shot.

    Excellent comments by Russ; thank you sir. I would add that a bit more room about would improve the image.
