    Hi Jeni,
I like the composition...I would recommend opening up the shadows along the tree lines and adjusting your mid-tones...good show...

This one needs to be seen in large size to fully appreciate !!!

Agree with Gus but be careful not turning black into lifeless blacks ... easy to do with shadows !! Love the warm feel and precise framing !!! ... not crazy about frame but its just personal .. interesting what others might think?

Hi Jeni - Do like the composition, I might just crop a little from the left hand side to get rid of the cut off green tree on the LHS - agree with Gus and AL in regards to the shadows.

Not crazy on the frame either - keep them coming :)

Thanks Gus and Al, I've lifted the gamma .desat selected greens, and brightened a bit. Removed the frame. Is this more like it?

Jeni, I like the comp. I might just select the trees and lighten them and leave the rest alone.

hi jeni. i like the original better. maybe minus the frame. you lost some density in the mountains in the repost. they look a little funky. looks like you brightened the entire image instead of just opening up the shadows. the only true way to have done this would have been an HDR or using a ND filter on the sky.

nicely done! it's a really peaceful scene and i bet it would look great huge!!
