Decided to skip out of work early today and met up with Alberto at Anhinga. Just as we walked in this guy decided to go fishing for his afternoon snack. After we decided on a favorite snack ourselves " Mango shake from Roberts"

Great shot Oscar! Nice colors and sharp details. HA on the bird looks okay to me as it directs your eye straight to his catch. Would suggest selective sharpening the heron's eye. Very nice!

Good timing and fortunate placement for this shot Oscar. Love the look on the face of the fish - would be good with a caption!

Excellent catch ... both of you !!!

btw head angle wise this is one interesting image !!! I feel the bird is intently looking at the catch and I'm fine with the angle and the fish is perfectly positioned !!! .... btw do you know what kind of fish that is .... hard to tell by the angle ... but could be .... an ..... Oscar :) Might reduce the saturation down a bit !! Love it !!!

..... not a bad idea to have an official Mango Strut at Roberts ..... and the Purple Martins should be there by now !!!
