I think I need to make the "O"s a little more obvious as anyone who doesn't know my name already could just as easily read "Jim Peer" I suppose.
I'm also thinking of adding an agility hurdle the the dog is "jumping over."
Looks like this year will be more events than last and more on the agility and other dog sport side than on the fundraiser portrait sessions.
Although, at least next month I'll get to see some ducks! Of course, they are the stock in a herding trial that I'm shooting, but still all the birds singing in the AM around here make me want to get out the 600mm and hit the trails.
i like it as it is jim. but i see your point about confusing the feets. i was thinking that maybe you could replace them with o's and put the feets in the upper left corner to balance the frame?
Jim, Maybe you could try to use the paw prints in the two o's in photography (smaller size)-not sure how it would look it may look too busy, may be worth a try. Wish I could be more help. Personally I do like it as is.

I am really leaning toward doing the dog only, but I'd hate to exclude cat people by not including them on the logo. Of course, I may have more than one version too.
I still think I like the first one better, but this is something I'm working on.
Hey Jim, being a cat person who loves dogs, too (all animals, actually), I like them both. Very appealing design. I don't find the paw prints confusing as to "o" vs. "e."
