I love this! Abstraction is one of my favorite things, since you get to make up your own rules. :D
Started with a picture of a kite, did your magic sauce on it, then added a swipe with the liquify tool. Rendered some clouds and applied a vignette blur. Voila - instant "what-the-heck-is-it?". :eek:

Kerry, It's great! The colors do remind me of a kite.. The vignetting and the clouds are a great touch-I like that you thought to use the liquid tool and you didn't over do it. Well done!
