Default Two or One Waxwing ?

I can not decide if I like the 2nd repetitive bird in the background ,but off to the side.
It does not fit formula of the "perfect" shot ,but does reflect the frenetic activity in the bush with myriads of Robins and Waxwings.
    What do you think ?

    Chas.

    Hi Charles,
Lets call this a habitat capture proper...:) I like the action here...well composed and executed...looking forward to the next one...

Hi Charles - I am going to differ on this one - I prefer without the second bird seeing as he is hidden behind the branches - different story though if he had been in front of the branches.

If it was me - I would crop like this - brings the full attention of the bird onto the berries. Would als try and lighten the eye just a tad (didn't do it)
    Keep em cominng :)

Very nice image Charles. I am a big fan of waxwings. I agree with Lances comments (and recrop) with a little lightening of the eye (as mentioned). I am typically in favour of more habitat inclusion, but think that because the OOF waxwing is of equal size, it shares the limelight too much.

Thanks--I wanted to see if others thought the 2nd bird was a distraction.
The single bird crop was in my mind ,but wanted others to see the double bird thing first.

hey chas, the second bird actually helps tell the story as far as i am concerned. i like the single bird too, but would prefer to have more contact with it in regards to eye contact if it were to be cropped alone.

you had some fantastic light here!!! some of the best i have seen in a while!

Hi Chas, I was thinking of Lance's repost as well. I don't think that the OOF bird adds to the image.
