    Rob:

    An attractive bird with a good head angle.

    I find the background so bright that it distracts my eye. The bird is pretty much centered, and small in the frame for my tastes.

    I appreciate you sharing with us.

    Ditto Randy. A nice subject but the image is over-saturated and much too contrasty. Working in soft light or on a cloudy day is recommended as is learning to use your AF system in such a way as to get the bird out of the center of the frame.

    Hi Rob - Like the head angle, agree with Artie and Randy on the rest. Have a look over in the educational resources forum - lots of help and articles there.
