Pretty bird

This photo was taken at a reserve near Buenos Aires. It's a pretty strange bird.

Initially I think is a bit dark but represent the light conditions available.

Hi Diego,

Interesting pose with good eye contact. You did the best you could with the light angle you had. I would remove some of the noise on the BG.

Light is interesting to me, and the face is fully lit, even a catch light.

The post by Fabiola shows the possibility for the image. Next time out, keep the light at your back to lower contrast (subject will be front lit), head out early or late in the afternoon, again lower contrast, will help to light your subjects better.

Robert, is true what you said. The light was very hard. is best at beginning or at the end of a day, but if you don't have this conditions you must find a better background for your picture or the better posible background. Thanks for comment.
