Nice sharp fella. Good exposure control, complimentary background.

Wish the head was just a couple degrees more our way, and a bit more space on the left, like the crop elsewhere.

You have to pay close attention to the direction the bird is looking at. With this composition, the bird looks like is going away from you!!
