I always found the Flamingos a bit tricky because exposing for their whites creates a problem for their eyes . This was a flock that I found during my recent India trip and I could get the whites and eyes right in the same frame.

I like the poses of the birds in the group with 2 facing each way and no significant overlap. The pale group reflection is also nice. The whole image looks too dark to me. Lifting the curve opens up the image and achieves some separation of the dark bill tips from the BG. The water drop coming off the flexed leg of the near bird is great

    Saleel,
Where did you click this? The image is sharp and the front ones leg position is nice.

However, the image is too dark. The water has become black. The blacks in the beaks and in the water have completely lost details. You may need to revisit your pp. Thanks for sharing.

I like the eye contact, head angles and details. If you look at the histogram you can see that the blacks are blocked. I would apply curves in your RAW file and later adjust the midtone slider if necessary or try S/H. Less harsh light would have helped.

Very nice colors and habitat. I would like to see more room all around and I would also remove some of the noise.
