    Another in this continuing series of tulip explorations.

    Olympus SP-570UZ, 9.77mm, super macro setting, ISO 64, f/5.6, 1/160sec. Natural light. No cropping, adjusted saturation and contrast.

    It appeals to me.

    Tulips are tough, as are daffodils.

    I need to learn new perspectives which I am getting here.

    For me personally, the comp looks off - I think I would prefer this as a vertical rather than a horizontal. I do like your choice of exposure and the detail in the tulip. Nice work on this series, mossimo!

    Very nice! Like the contrast produced by the light and shadow areas. The exposure is perfect. To me the horizontal composition works quite well, though I think it would also work equally well as a vertical.
