    Hi Chad... very nice alert pose you've captured here, and I really liked reading your info on this deer species. Hopefully the numbers in the wild will continue to grow and stay strong.

    He does look like a mini Whitetail. I like the pattern of the palm leaves in the BG. Might make a nice vertical portrait as well.

    Nice work getting him in habitat. Well framed and composed with right amount of room in front and cropping for the torso and head. BG recognizable but not objectionable. Thanks for the details on the species. Would have been nice not to have had the one OOF branch along the neckline but a minor quibble. Well done.
