    “Curious George”

George is back; caught up with him this morning resting on a wet leaf, after an early morning sprinkle. George comes to visit from time to time. George was painted with a Nikon D200, using a Nikkor 200mm f/4D macro lens with a 20mm extension tube.

    Image solution:
    focal length @ 200mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / metering mode @ in camera matrix metering / ISO @ 100 / white balance @ cloudy / 1/90sec. - f/4 / AF-mode @ manual / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution - no speedlight - ambient lighting / exposure comp @ +1.3EV / tone comp @ +1 degree / hue adjustment @ +1 degree / saturation factor @ +1 degrees / support platform - hand held; braced against palm tree /

    Comments greatly appreciated...

Gus this is lovely. How did you get the soft yellow glow? Was that natural lighting or in pp?

Thank you Julie. It's a combination of natural lighting and a wee bit of post processing, to add a little drama and impact...:)
